About the internship

1. Assist with recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, conducting resume screenings, and coordinating interviews.
2. Utilize MS-Office and MS-Excel to create reports and maintain HR databases.
3. Develop your communication skills through interacting with candidates and employees, demonstrating English proficiency.
4. Collaborate with team members on various HR initiatives and projects to support the overall business goals.
5. Gain exposure to employee relations by assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes.
6. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge of HR best practices.
7. Take on ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the HR team in a fast-paced environment.

Stipend

INR₹ 10,000 - 15,000 /month
