Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions 2. Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews 3.

Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates 4. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting on various platforms 5. Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment metrics 6.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs 7.
