Client Success & Trade Support - Internship (WFH)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Respond to all prospect messages/DMs and nurture leads through to conversion 2. Forward daily updates and announcements into all client WhatsApp/Telegram groups 3.

Call qualified leads and schedule 1:1 consultation calls with the founder 4. During market hours, support live algo trading operations coordinate with clients on manual order placement/cancellation during any system errors and collect confirmation screenshots 5.

Follow up with clients before and after scheduled calls to ensure engagement and conversion 6.
