Data Entry Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Enter, update and maintain client and lead data accurately in Google Sheets, Excel and our CRM 2.

Convert information from PDFs, scanned documents, images and forms into clean, structured spreadsheets 3. Verify and clean existing records - remove duplicates, fix formatting and fill missing fields 4.

Cross-check entered data against source documents to keep accuracy above 99% 5. Prepare simple daily and weekly reports from the data entered 6. Maintain proper file naming, folder structure and version control on Google Drive 7.
