Legal Intern

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Research legal matters concerning technology, software, SaaS, data protection, and commercial laws.

2. Assist in preparing, drafting, and reviewing contracts, agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents. 3. Help assess commercial agreements by identifying important clauses, potential risks, and areas that require further review.

4. Maintain and organise legal databases, contract files, and documentation records. 5. Monitor relevant amendments to laws, regulations, and legal developments affecting the technology sector.

6. Provide support to the legal team in routine legal matters and documentation-related activities. 7. Prepare legal research summaries, briefing notes, and other supporting documents as required.
