Talent Acquisition Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Sourcing candidates for tech, sales, and marketing roles on Naukri, LinkedIn, and job portals 2.

Screening resumes against role requirements using AI-assisted shortlisting tools 3. Conducting initial screening calls to check fit, availability, notice period, and location preference 4.

Scheduling interviews and coordinating between candidates and interview panels Maintaining candidate records and pipeline status in Zoho Recruit (ATS) 5.

Drafting and posting job descriptions on hiring platforms, and refreshing listings regularly 6. Sending candidate communication: interview invites, role-expectation emails, and follow-ups 7.

Supporting background verification and pre-joining documentation 8. Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA (HR)/BBA/any graduate degree • 2. Strong spoken and written English communication skills • 3. Comfortable working from our Mohali office (Sector 75), 5 days a week • 4.

Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) is a plus • 5.
