Operations Internship

About the Role We're looking for an Operations & Accounts Intern to support our day-to-day agency operations. This internship is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to how a digital agency runs operations, client coordination, and basic accounting.

You'll work closely with the team and founders, learning real-world processes rather than just observing. What You'll Work On 1. Operations Support 2.

Assist with daily operational tasks and internal coordination 3. Help track project timelines, tasks, and follow-ups 4. Maintain basic documentation and process checklists 5.

Support the team in keeping workflows organized Client Communication 1. Assist in routine client communication and follow-ups 2. Share updates, schedules, and meeting notes 3.

Help coordinate calls and meetings between teams and clients 4. Basic Accounts & Bookkeeping 5. Help prepare and track invoices 6 Maintain expense and payment records in Excel/Google Sheets 7.

Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry 8. Coordinate with the accounts team or CA when required Who Should Apply 1. Students or fresh graduates in Commerce, Management, Finance, or related fields 2.

Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and email communication 3. Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn 4.
