Sales and Marketing Internship

Key Responsibilities Assist in generating and managing leads through various channels. Make calls and follow up with prospective customers. Understand customer requirements and provide basic project information.

Coordinate and schedule client site visits and sample flat visits. Handle customer enquiries and maintain regular follow-ups. Assist the sales team in converting leads into site visits and potential bookings.

Coordinate with Channel Partners and real estate brokers. Maintain lead databases and update customer interactions and follow-up status. Prepare daily/weekly sales and MIS reports using Excel/Google Sheets.

Assist with marketing activities, social media initiatives, and promotional campaigns. Support the creation of presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials.

Conduct basic market and competitor research. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales activities. Participate in client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and promotional events.
