About the internship

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at MR Consultancy, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our dynamic team. Your English proficiency in spoken language will be essential in effectively communicating with candidates and conducting interviews.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through job boards and networking platforms.
2. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
4. Update and maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
5. Assist in creating job descriptions and posting openings on various channels.
6. Collaborate with team members to develop recruitment strategies and improve processes.
7. Support with onboarding activities for new hires and contribute to a positive candidate experience.
