About the internship

As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Voalmp Elektrikals Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your main responsibilities will include:

2. Utilizing effective communication skills to interact with job applicants, employees, and management.
3. Assisting with negotiation processes for salaries, benefits, and other employment terms.
4. Collaborating with HR team members to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
5. Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance your HR knowledge and skills.
6. Assisting with onboarding processes for new hires and conducting orientation sessions.
7. Providing support with various HR projects and tasks as needed.
