Junior Store Executive Internship

About the internship

Perfint Healthcare is looking for a junior stores executive to support day-to-day stores operations: inventory, material handling, stock records, documentation, and equipment packing. You will follow SOPs and quality standards and work closely with the accounts team.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create and maintain GRN (Goods receipt notes), delivery challans, invoices, and stock records
2. Handle inward and outward materials with proper tagging and documentation
3. Prepare weekly and monthly stock reports, backed by physical stock verification
4. Pack equipment and handle packaging activities as per SOP
5. Maintain inventory traceability, batch records, and shelf-life records
6. Manage rejected, rework, scrap, and NCMR (Non-conforming material report) materials with proper records
7. Keep the store's area clean, organized, and properly stored
8. Coordinate with accounts for stock reconciliation and documentation

Stipend

INR₹ 15,000 - 20,000 /month

Other requirements

• A. Who can apply:
• 1. Basic knowledge of inventory and stores operations
• 2. Working proficiency in MS Excel and documentation
• 3. Good organizational and communication skills
• 4. Attention to detail and the ability to follow SOPs (Standard operating procedures)
• 5. Freshers with relevant coursework in commerce, supply chain, or logistics are welcome
• B. Good to have:
• 1. Familiarity with ERP or inventory software (Tally, SAP, or similar)
• 2. Understanding of GRN, stock issue, and FIFO
• 3. Exposure to quality or documentation practices such as ISO standards
• C. Preferred:
• 1. Candidates based in Chennai or willing to relocate to Chennai immediately
• 2. Comfortable with on-floor stores work, including material handling and packing
• 3. Able to start immediately
• 4. Familiarity with Tally, SAP, or any ERP is a plus
