About the role

We are looking for a *HR Generalist Intern* who is interested in building a career in Human Resources and wants hands-on experience across different HR functions.

During the *3-month internship*, you will work closely with the team and receive practical training in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, performance management, and other day-to-day HR activities.

This internship is designed as a *training and evaluation program*. Based on your performance, ownership, learning ability, and overall contribution during the internship, you may be offered a *full-time HR Generalist role* with the company.

Key responsibilities

  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities.
  • Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment pipeline.
  1. Onboarding & Employee Experience
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Coordinate documentation and joining formalities.
  • Help new employees understand company policies and processes.
  • Support employee engagement and team-building initiatives.
  1. HR Operations
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with attendance, leave, and other HR-related processes.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain relevant documentation.
  • Support the team with day-to-day HR administration.
  1. Employee Engagement
  • Help plan and execute employee engagement activities.
  • Collect employee feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support internal communication and HR initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas to improve employee experience and workplace culture.
  1. Performance Management
  • Assist in tracking employee goals and performance.
  • Support periodic performance reviews and feedback processes.
  • Help maintain performance-related documentation and reports.
  1. HR Projects & Process Improvement
  • Work on HR projects assigned during the internship.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing HR processes.
  • Research and suggest new HR practices, tools, and initiatives.
  • Take ownership of assigned HR tasks and ensure timely completion.
