Talent Sourcing Internship

As a talent sourcing intern at RSHCE Renu Sharma Health Care And Education Foundation, you'll support the early stages of recruitment by helping identify potential candidates, communicate clearly, and keep sourcing activities organized.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Search LinkedIn and other relevant channels for potential candidates based on role requirements and agreed sourcing criteria.

2. Draft concise, professional outreach messages and tailor them to introduce opportunities clearly. 3. Use LinkedIn marketing practices to share approved job posts and help increase their visibility.

4. Communicate with prospective candidates in clear, polished English, responding to basic questions and directing queries as needed. 5. Review incoming profiles for relevant skills and experience, then share promising matches with the recruitment team.

6. Maintain accurate sourcing records, including outreach activity, responses, and candidate status. 7. Coordinate follow-ups with candidates and colleagues, using effective communication to support a timely, respectful recruitment process.
