About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source and shortlist profiles through recruitment channels.
2. Screen applicants against role requirements and assess communication, experience, and overall suitability.
3. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely scheduling and clear communication.
4. Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, update pipeline progress, and keep candidate records organized.
5. Follow up consistently with candidates and hiring managers to support a smooth recruitment journey.
6. Drive candidates through the recruitment process toward timely hiring closures.

• are available for full time (in-office) internship
• can start the internship between 22nd Sep'26 and 27th Oct'26
• are available for duration of 3 months
• are from Mumbai only
• have relevant skills and interests
• * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.

Stipend

INR₹ 15,000 /month

Other requirements

• 1. 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• 2. Strong sourcing, candidate-screening, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
• 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a result-oriented approach.
• 4. Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and timelines.
• 5. Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and recruitment platforms.
• 6. Experience hiring for education or training roles will be an advantage.

Kotak Education Foundation (KEF), an NGO formed in 2007 ) caters to the education and livelihood needs of the underprivileged section of the society. As a part of our educational initiative we have partnered with 35 schools in Mumbai-M Ward. We are also engaged in livelihood program catering to unemployed youth belonging to 18 to 25 years.
