We're looking for a UI/UX Design Intern to work closely with our founder and product team on building B2B SaaS products. This role is not just about making beautiful interfaces.

You'll be expected to understand complex problems, break them down, question assumptions, and find simple and creative ways to solve them. You'll work across the entire product design process: Understand Define Explore Design Prototype Test Iterate Key responsibilities: 1.

Understand complex B2B workflows and turn them into simple product experiences 2. Work closely with the founder and product team to define and solve product problems 3.

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI 4. Explore multiple solutions before settling on a direction 5. Conduct user and competitor research 6.

Create and maintain scalable design systems and components 7. Prototype ideas quickly and test different approaches 8. Work closely with developers to bring designs into the product 9.

Continuously improve the product based on user feedback and data 10. Explore creative ways to use AI in product design and workflows How We Expect You to Think: This is the most important part of the role.

We're looking for someone who practices design thinking and first-principles thinking. Instead of asking: 'How do other SaaS products solve this?' We want you to ask: 'What is the actual problem we're trying to solve?

Why does it exist? What does the user really need? You should be comfortable: 1. Questioning assumptions 2. Breaking complex problems down into fundamentals 3.

Exploring multiple possible solutions 4. Finding simple solutions to complicated problems 5. Thinking from the user's perspective 6. Balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints 7.
