HR Consultant Internship

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Recruitment & talent acquisition:

1. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
3. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status regularly.
5. Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.

B. Employee onboarding:

1. Support pre-joining and joining formalities.
2. Coordinate document collection and verification.
3. Maintain employee records and HR databases.
4. Assist in conducting employee induction sessions.

C. HR operations:

1. Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
2. Support attendance and leave management processes.
3. Update employee information in HRMS/ATS systems.
4. Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS.

Stipend

INR₹ 15,000 - 16,000 /month
