Customer Service/Customer Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1.Respond to customer emails and queries. 2.Track ongoing air and ocean shipments. 3.Assist in checking shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, AWB, BL, and shipping instructions.
