Client Servicing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: Assist in managing day-to-day communication with clients. Understand client requirements and prepare clear briefs for internal teams.

Coordinate with creative, marketing, sales, operations, and other relevant teams. Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and pending tasks.

Prepare status reports and presentations. Follow up with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution. Support campaign planning, implementation, and performance reporting.

Conduct market, competitor, and industry research. Maintain accurate client records and project documentation. Contribute ideas to improve client satisfaction and service quality.
