About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through LinkedIn, Internshala, job portals, and other platforms.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
Conduct initial candidate screening calls and collect relevant information.
Post job openings across different recruitment platforms and social media channels.
Maintain and regularly update candidate databases, interview records, and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interviews, assignments, documentation, and joining.
Assist with onboarding and documentation of new employees and interns.
Prepare offer letters, internship letters, joining documents, and other basic HR documentation.
Maintain employee attendance, leave, and other HR records when required.
Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Coordinate with different departments to understand their hiring requirements.
Support the HR and management team with general administrative and HR-related tasks.
