Corporate Sales Intern

About the internship

We're looking for a sharp, communicative intern to join our bench sales and pre-sales team. You'll be the bridge between our trained SAP BTP consultants and the staffing vendors/clients who need them, managing outreach, submissions, and follow-ups daily. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants real exposure to IT staffing, client communication, and sales operations from day one.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Draft and send daily outreach emails and LinkedIn messages to IT staffing vendors and systems integration partners
2. Match incoming job requirements against internal SAP BTP bench consultants' skill sets
3. Prepare and format consultant resumes for client submissions
4. Maintain and distribute the weekly hotlist of available bench consultants
5. Follow up consistently with vendors on submitted profiles via phone calls, email, and WhatsApp
6. Track outreach efforts and pipeline status using shared trackers or CRM tools
7. Support basic pre-sales coordination for ongoing IT consulting projects

Stipend

INR₹ 8,000 - 13,000 /month

Other requirements

• 1. Final-year student or recent graduate in BBA, BCom, BA in English or mass communication, or MBA
• 2. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• 3. Comfortable making outbound phone calls and conducting persistent follow-ups independently
• 4. High degree of organization, detail orientation, and proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
• 5. Interest in IT and SAP consulting sales, with no prior SAP knowledge required
• 6. Strong self-starter mindset to take ownership of tasks with limited supervision

Stipend structure

Fixed pay: ₹ 7,000 - 10,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 3,000 /month
