About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle customer calls and address basic customer queries.
2. Follow up with leads and potential customers.
3. Maintain relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business.
4. Share product updates and information with customers.
5. Generate orders from new and existing customers.
6. Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
7. Maintain records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and orders.

Stipend

INR₹ 14,000 - 21,000 /month

Other requirements

• 1. Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, BBA, BBM, BCA candidates
• 2. Learning Attitude
• 3. Sales Orientation
• 4. Good spoken Kannada and English; Hindi is an added advantage.
• 5. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email, WhatsApp Business.
