Utilize English proficiency for effective communication with candidates. 2. Conduct cold calling to potential candidates regarding job opportunities. 3.

Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions. 4. Assist with recruitment processes and interview scheduling. 5. Use MS Excel to track and analyze candidate data.

6. Collaborate with the HR team on various recruitment initiatives.
