Operations - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Manage the daily booking flow, including assignment, fulfillment, and completion tracking. 2.

Coordinate with service partners in real time regarding availability, routing, and escalations. 3. Monitor service quality metrics, including arrival time, completion rate, and customer ratings.

4. Handle operational edge cases such as delays, no-shows, and cancellations with speed and sound judgment. 5. Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks before they become recurring issues.

6. Develop SOPs and playbooks to make operational processes consistent, efficient, and repeatable.
