Telemarketing Internship

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to potential leads from provided databases
2. Inform and invite individuals for CyberFrat events, trainings, and community activities
3. Explain event details clearly and answer queries confidently
4. Maintain call logs and update lead status in CRM
5. Follow up on interested leads and help convert them into participants or members
6. Collect feedback from calls and assist in improving outreach strategy

• 1. Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
• 2. Confidence on phone calls and a friendly, persuasive tone
• 3. Basic understanding of IT or cybersecurity is an advantage
• 4. Organized and punctual with follow-ups
• 5. Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation
