What you'll own
- Research and identify exceptional engineers, builders, founders, and other high-potential talent across India and the US.
- Build and manage talent pipelines, identify high-signal profiles, understand technical backgrounds, and support sourcing and recruitment for fast-growing startups.
Requirements and eligibility
