Talent Sourcing Internship

As a Talent Sourcing Intern at RSHCE Renu Sharma Health Care And Education Foundation, you'll support practical, people-focused hiring work while building hands-on human resources experience.

You'll help the team find potential candidates, keep recruitment details organized, and ensure clear, timely communication throughout the process. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1.

Research suitable candidate sources and identify prospects using approved platforms and search methods. 2. Review applications against role criteria and organize relevant profiles for the hiring team.

3. Draft clear, role-specific outreach messages and share them with potential candidates. 4. Track candidate responses and follow up on scheduling or information requests.

5. Coordinate interview logistics, including calendars, confirmations, and communication with candidates. 6. Maintain accurate, confidential recruitment records and update candidate status as hiring progresses.

7. Help prepare basic sourcing summaries, such as candidate pipeline counts and outreach response rates.
