As a Trademark Prosecution & Legal Drafting Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced attorneys and assist with a variety of legal tasks.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conduct legal research on trademark laws and regulations 2. Assist in drafting trademark applications, responses to office actions, and other legal documents 3.

Review and analyze trademark search reports 4. Communicate with clients regarding trademark prosecution matters 5. Assist in preparing legal memoranda and presentations 6.

Collaborate with attorneys on trademark portfolio management 7. Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines If you are passionate about intellectual property law and have excellent skills in MS-Word, legal drafting, legal research, and legal writing, we want to hear from you!
