Volunteering Internship

As a fellow, you will be assigned weekly tasks, each carefully crafted to contribute to the overarching vision of Project Flashlights. These tasks, though simple, are integral in driving change and fostering a culture of accessible volunteering among youth.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Completion of Weekly Tasks: Fellows are expected to complete 10 tasks of kindness over the course of 3 months, with one task assigned each week.

2. Public and Social Engagement: Actively participate in and contribute to community initiatives, fostering meaningful interactions and social involvement.

3. Report Writing: Document and analyze social situations in your surroundings, contributing to a broader understanding of community needs. Learning and Development Opportunities: 1.

Expert Guidance: Gain mentorship from experienced professionals, including Gandhi Fellows and Teach For India (TFI) Fellows, who will help you develop essential leadership and project management skills.

2. Skill Enhancement: Acquire practical experience in areas such as communication, event organization, social media marketing, and community engagement.

3. Networking: Build connections with like-minded peers, professionals, and mentors dedicated to making a social impact. 4. Personal Growth: Deepen your understanding of community development and nation-building while making a tangible difference.

5. Certification & Recognition: Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate of recognition, which can significantly enhance your resume and career prospects.
