Business Associate - Internship

We are looking for a business associate intern for 6 months who will work closely with customers to understand their requirements and translate them into functional Clappia apps.

This role requires a mix of technical skills (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, databases, APIs, no-code/low-code platforms) and customer interaction to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Build and configure apps on Clappia using its no-code features. 2. Work with customers to understand their needs and translate them into Clappia apps.

3. Provide customer support by guiding users in utilizing Clappia's features effectively 4. Assist with data manipulation and uploads, ensuring proper data structure in Clappia.

5. Clean, format, and analyze customer data using Excel and Google Sheets before upload. 6. Use SQL and database skills to manage and process customer data.

7. Work with APIs to enable integrations when required.. 8. Collaborate with internal teams to document customer requirements and optimize workflows. If you're excited about solving business problems using no-code technology and enjoy working with customers, we'd love to hear from you!

Experience with no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Clappia, Zapier, Airtable, AppSheet, PowerApps, etc.). • 2. Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning).

• 3. Good understanding of SQL and databases. • 4. Strong communication skills to gather customer requirements and suggest optimized workflows. • 5. Basic knowledge of APIs and how they work.
