Collection Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Resolve outstanding invoices in accounts receivables by contacting customers through calls and emails from the shared services center in India 2.

Control overdue aging of outstanding invoices 3. Ensure smooth cash inflow within agreed payment terms 4. Send reminders to customers to avoid payment delays 5.

Resolve unapplied credit items on US customers' accounts by contacting customers via phone and email 6. Ensure monthly progress by resolving a substantial amount of outstanding items 7.

Collaborate with the collections and cash application teams as required 8. Meet productivity and quality benchmarks defined from time to time 9. Ensure regular communication with business unit personnel to resolve issues immediately 10.
