Audio Annotation Internship

We're hiring for a fixed-term Audio Annotator role focused on AI data annotation and audio conversation rating. The Work: You will listen to recorded conversations between a person and an AI voice agent and rate each agent turn on two aspects: what the agent said and how it sounded.

Each rating must include a short written justification in your own words. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Listening to recorded conversations between users and AI voice agents 2.

Evaluating each AI agent response for content, relevance, and overall quality 3. Assessing voice quality, including pacing, pronunciation, stress, tone, and consistency 4.

Identifying issues such as robotic voice segments, inconsistent voice identity, unnatural pacing, or incorrect word emphasis 5. Following fast, casual, and overlapping conversations with strong listening comprehension 6.

Providing clear, specific, and well-reasoned written justifications for ratings 7. Identifying and accurately reporting poor-quality AI responses instead of giving unnecessarily generous ratings 8.

Strong listening comprehension and a good ear for American English • 2. Ability to identify subtle issues in speech, pronunciation, pacing, tone, and voice consistency • 3.

Strong written English and the ability to clearly explain observations in your own words • 4. Ability to provide objective, specific, and defensible ratings • 5.

Strong attention to detail and consistency • 6. Willingness to critically evaluate AI-generated conversations • 7. Ability to work independently and stay focused for extended listening tasks • No prior experience is required.
