We are looking for high-agency tech students to treat talent hunting and business growth like a high-stakes intelligence mission. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: A.

Advanced Technical Scouting & OSINT Intelligence: 1. Architect Digital Scouting Methodologies: Devise, test, and deploy creative open-source intelligence (OSINT) strategies to uncover elite tech talent across non-traditional platforms (GitHub, Discord, Reddit).

2. Execute Leaderboard Arbitrage: Map and monitor high-signal technical arenas, including Capture The Flag (CTF) rankings (CTFtime, Hack The Box, TryHackMe) and open-source ecosystems.

3. Conduct Subject-Matter Sourcing: Identify and engage passive candidates by reviewing deep-tech literature, security walkthroughs, research pre-prints (arXiv), and developer communities (Stack Exchange, Hacker News).

4. Build Passive Talent Pipelines: Convert raw developer data, code contributions, and community interactions into a structured, high-value recruitment network.

B. Ecosystem Expansion & Strategic Growth (Business Development): 1. Drive Cross-Functional Growth Hacking: Treat business development as an engineering optimization problem, launching creative outreach initiatives to scale our startup's market presence.

2. Map Tech Industry Ecosystems: Analyze emerging trends within the AI and cybersecurity sectors to identify high-value target networks, prospective clients, and strategic partners.

3. Build Strategic Technical Alliances: Initiate high-level engagement with developers, community leaders, and technical founders to expand the startup's professional network.

Master's students in Cybersecurity/ML/AI preferred (Sharp Bachelor's students welcome to apply!)
