International Recruitment and Sourcing Internship

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. International Sourcing: Find qualified candidates for job openings in Europe and the Gulf region.
2. Multi-Channel Search: Use LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other platforms to discover potential applicants.
3. Screening & Vetting: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
4. Interview Coordination: Align schedules and set up interviews between applicants and overseas clients.
5. Data Management: Keep recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily logs updated.
6. Hiring Support: Assist with hiring drives, interview scheduling, and applicant document collection.
7. Professional Communication: Maintain clear and professional interactions with job seekers and recruitment partners.
