Procurement Apprenticeship - Pune - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Identify and source suppliers for materials, goods, and services. 2. Obtain and evaluate quotations based on price, quality, and delivery terms.

3. Create and process Vendor Codes and Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP. 4. Maintain Purchase Info Records and CRFs in SAP. 5. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.

6. Monitor PO status and ensure timely delivery of materials. 7. Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, warehouses, and internal stakeholders. 8.

Maintain supplier performance records and compliance documentation. 9. Resolve issues related to material shortages, quality concerns, and invoice discrepancies.

10. Support inventory planning to prevent stockouts and excess inventory. 11. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.

12. Generate procurement reports and analyze spending trends to identify cost-saving opportunities. 13. Provide support for order execution and ensure timely completion of procurement activities.
