Recruitment - Internship (WFH)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Reach out to 100+ prospective candidates daily through outbound calls for initial engagement and follow-ups.

2. Conduct first-level screening calls to assess candidate suitability based on role requirements. 3. Source and identify candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and referral networks.

4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, databases, and recruitment pipelines. 5. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

6. Publish, monitor, and manage job postings across relevant recruitment platforms. This internship offers hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations while helping interns build practical skills in communication, stakeholder management, and target-based hiring.
