Assistant Project Manager - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Help build and refine the AI Labs curriculum across beginner, intermediate and advanced tiers 2.

Track and update our launch checklist, chase deadlines, flag blockers before they become fires 3. Support market research and parent surveys, and help turn raw data into decisions 4.

Coordinate with trainers, vendors and cross-functional folks to keep things moving 5. Help draft content, decks and documentation for internal and external use 6.

Currently pursuing or recently done with a degree, any stream, but you need to be sharp with structure and follow through • 2. Obsessively organized. You should be the person who already has a system for tracking fifty tasks at once • 3.

Comfortable with ambiguity. Early stage means the plan changes on a Tuesday • 4. Good written communication. You'll be drafting things that go out under the Taivas name • 5.
