Human Resources Internship

Assist in planning and managing the recruitment process for different departments of Amanat Foundation Trust. Review internship applications, shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate online interviews.

Lead and supervise a team of 3 HR Support Interns and delegate daily responsibilities. Coordinate intern onboarding, attendance tracking and maintain updated records.

Communicate with department leads to monitor team activities and work progress. Maintain recruitment databases, team records and performance reports using Google Sheets or MS Excel.

Conduct regular follow-ups with interns to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Prepare weekly HR and operations reports and share updates with Trust management.

Help develop efficient recruitment, communication and team-management systems. Support the overall growth and smooth functioning of Amanat Foundation Trust's internship program.
