We operate with agility, institutional standards, and a deep commitment to operational excellence. Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive, sharp, and detail-oriented Founder's Office Intern for a 6-month engagement.

Working directly alongside the Founder, you will gain hands-on exposure to the entire lifecycle of global trade from international market research and vendor negotiations to export logistics, documentation, and client-facing commercial operations.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. International Business Development & Research: Conduct targeted market research, analyse international trade channels, identify prospective overseas buyers, and assist in expanding export footprints across key target regions.

2. Client Proposals & Commercial Quotations: Prepare precise cost sheets, international quotations, proforma invoices, and product catalogues tailored to global buyer specifications.

3. Export Operations & Documentation: Assist in drafting, verifying, and tracking trade documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, Certificates of Origin, and regulatory filings.

4. Vendor & Supply Chain Liaison: Coordinate with domestic manufacturers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and packaging vendors to source samples, verify quality benchmarks, and track dispatch schedules.

5. Founder Support & Operational Coordination: Act as a central point of coordination for the Founder's Office by managing daily operational priorities, agendas, follow-ups, and ad-hoc strategic business assignments.

Additional information: • Stipend Structure: Fixed pay: ₹ 10,000 - 15,000 /month Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 - 10,000 /month • Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 250000 to 350000/year • What You Will Gain: 1.
