Social Media Intern Location: Bengaluru Experience: 0-1 year / Freshers welcome Type: Full-time PPO: Yes, based on performance What will you do? We're looking for a Social Media Intern who understands the internet, loves creating content, and isn't afraid of the camera.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Coming up with fun, relatable, and trend-driven content ideas. 2. Helping us create Instagram Reels, memes, carousels, stories, and other social content.

3. Researching trends, sounds, formats, and conversations that students are engaging with. 4. Writing hooks, captions, and short-form scripts. 5. Being comfortable appearing on camera and creating videos/reels yourself.

6. Helping build and manage our social media pages. 7. Keeping an eye on what's working and coming up with ideas to make it better. 8. Working closely with the content and design team to turn ideas into content people actually want to watch and share.

Have previously created Reels or managed a personal or college social media page. • 2. Have basic knowledge of Canva or video editing. • 3. Have a portfolio, Instagram page, or examples of content you have created.

• 4. Ability to turn a boring topic into something people actually want to watch. • What We're Looking For: • 1. Genuinely active on Instagram and familiar with how social media works.

• 2. Camera-friendly and comfortable speaking on video. • 3. Natural sense of humour and an understanding of what students find relatable. • 4. Ability to spot trends before they become mainstream.

• 5. Ability to write simple, conversational, and catchy content. • 6. Curious, creative, and willing to experiment with new ideas. • 7. Prior social media or content experience is a plus, but we value ideas and personality more than a fancy resume.
