Human Resources (HR) Internship

About the internship

As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Asraaz Business Solutions, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your role will involve working closely with the HR team to support various aspects of the recruitment process, employee relations, onboarding, and client relationship management.

1. Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.
2. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
3. Support HR team with onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
4. Maintain employee records and assist with employee relations issues as needed.
5. Utilize MS-Excel to track and analyze HR data and metrics.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners.
7. Demonstrate proficiency in spoken English to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
