Project Implementation and Civic Engagement Fellow - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: A. Government and Institutional Partnerships Support 1. Assist in coordinating with government departments, municipal bodies, and public institutions.

2. Support scheduling and follow-ups for meetings and engagements with officials and partner representatives. 3. Help prepare presentations, concept notes, briefs, and updates for government and institutional stakeholders.

4. Maintain trackers of approvals, action points, and follow-ups across stakeholders. B. Project Operations and Delivery 1. Support day-to-day coordination of projects across education, sustainability, civic engagement, and community participation.

2. Assist in planning and scheduling activities across partner institutions and communities. 3. Help track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

4. Coordinate with fellow teams, implementation partners, and volunteers as required. C. Partnership Management and Stakeholder Engagement 1. Support coordination across government, schools, NGOs, CSR partners, institutions, and community stakeholders.

2. Assist in onboarding and engaging implementation and ecosystem partners. 3. Help organize meetings, workshops, field visits, and stakeholder consultations.

D. Reporting, Documentation and Knowledge Management 1. Assist in preparing project reports, dashboards, review notes, and progress updates. 2. Help maintain project trackers and documentation systems.

3. Support the capture of outputs, outcomes, learnings, and impact stories across initiatives. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any stream with a genuine passion for Environment and Sustainability. • 2. Experience: 0–1 year of experience.

Prior internships, volunteering experience through NSS, Rotary Clubs, or similar organizations, or project experience in Government Engagement, Partnerships, CSR, Education, Sustainability, or the Development Sector is an added advantage.

• 3. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Marathi is mandatory. • 4. Candidates based in Navi Mumbai who are comfortable commuting within the city are preferred.

• 5. Interest in working with Government and Institutional Stakeholders. • 6. Basic documentation and presentation development skills using MS Office or Google Workspace.
