Key Responsibilities: 1. Create engaging content for LinkedIn, website, and internal communications that reflect Xalta's values of curiosity, courage, and collaboration.

2. Develop storytelling campaigns highlighting milestones, innovations, and team culture. 3. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce visual and written content that aligns with brand identity.

4. Experiment with formats short posts, videos, infographics, and blogs to keep engagement fresh and authentic. 5. Support employer branding by showcasing the people and experiences that make Xalta unique.
