Social Media & Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Engage with potential clients on Instagram, Facebook, and Reddit through thoughtful comments, follows, and community interactions.

2. Support content creation by researching ideas, drafting captions, creating simple Canva graphics, and scheduling approved posts. 3. Complete administrative and lead-generation tasks, including updating spreadsheets, researching potential partners, organizing information, and sending approved follow-ups.

4. Weekly analytics reports identifying the best hooks, topics, and formats Instagram competitor and trend monitoring 5. Influencer, esthetician, and referral-partner research 6.

First-draft partnership outreach 7. Client follow-up and review requests using approved templates 8. Clinic promotion and pricing database updates 9. Organizing testimonials, before-and-after content, and client FAQs 10.

Turning frequently asked questions into content ideas 11. Uploading and formatting blog posts 12. Maintaining SOPs for repeatable Bloom processes 13. Keeping the lead tracker current and flagging people who need follow-up 14.
