About the internship

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for human resources? IDesign Market is looking for a talented HR intern to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR while working closely with our experienced HR professionals.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
2. Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientations.
3. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Assist with organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees.
5. Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
6. Utilize MS Excel and MS Word to create reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed.
7. Demonstrate effective communication skills when interacting with employees, managers, and external partners.
