Job Title: Crochet Trainer Department: Skill Development/Vocational Training Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time We are looking for a skilled and passionate Crochet Trainer to conduct practical and engaging training sessions for learners.

The trainer will teach crochet techniques from basic to advanced levels, guide participants through hands-on projects, and help them develop skills that support creativity, self-employment, and income generation.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conduct structured crochet training sessions for beginner and intermediate learners. 2. Teach basic and advanced crochet techniques, stitches, patterns, and finishing methods.

3. Demonstrate the correct use of crochet hooks, yarn, and other materials. 4. Provide hands-on guidance and individual support during practical sessions.

5. Prepare lesson plans, practice activities, and projects based on learners' skill levels. 6. Teach participants to read and follow crochet patterns and instructions.

7. Guide learners in creating useful and marketable products such as bags, accessories, home d cor items, garments, toys, and other handmade products.

8. Maintain a safe, organized, and positive learning environment. 9. Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback. 10. Encourage creativity, patience, accuracy, and attention to detail.

11. Maintain attendance, training records, and learner progress reports. 12. Support learners in improving product quality, finishing, presentation, and basic costing.

13. Assist with exhibitions, product displays, workshops, and other skill-development activities as required. • 2. Experience working with women, youth, community groups, or vocational learners. • 3. Experience in handmade-product development, entrepreneurship, or skill-development programs.
