Customer Service / Customer Support Internship

The JD includes Key Responsibilities - Conduct client Onboarding 1. Conduct onboarding calls to understand client requirements, business goals and expectations.

2. Maintain an organised database of onboarding details, client feedback and briefs. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of client requirements.

4. Follow up on pending information and ensure onboarding is completed within timelines. 5. Confidently communicate with entrepreneurs and business owners while ensuring a professional client onboarding experience.
