Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: Strategy & Planning: Develop overarching social media strategies and build monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.

Content Creation: Write compelling post copy, draft video scripts, and collaborate with design teams to produce platform-ready visual assets. Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid social campaigns (e.

g., Meta Ads Manager) to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). Community Management: Monitor direct messages, respond to comments, and nurture relationships with the audience to foster brand loyalty.

Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like reach, engagement, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions to refine future content.
