Talent Acquisition Internship

About the internship

Arkahub is building the infrastructure for residential solar in India, making rooftop solar simple and accessible for homeowners. As we scale across cities, we're looking for a proactive talent acquisition intern to support our growing hiring needs.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple roles.
2. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
4. Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate trackers.
5. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
6. Support recruitment drives and other TA initiatives.

• are available for duration of 3 months
• have relevant skills and interests

Stipend

INR₹ 15,000 - 20,000 /month

On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 300000 to 350000/year
