Supply Chain & Logistics Operations - Internship (WFH & Part Time)

We have recently invested in Vantessio, a growing perfume brand in India, and are currently working on restructuring and scaling its operations across the country.

As part of this expansion, we are looking for college students who want to gain practical experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, and Customer Experience.

India's logistics ecosystem involves coordination with multiple delivery partners, and businesses often face challenges such as delayed pickups, unattempted deliveries, shipment delays, lost packages, and communication gaps between logistics providers.

As a Supply Chain & Logistics Intern, you will work on real operational challenges and help manage shipments from order confirmation to successful customer delivery.

You will be responsible for assigned AWBs and coordinate between customers, the dispatch team, and delivery partners to ensure shipments move smoothly and reach customers on time.

This is not a sales or call-center internship. It is an operations-focused role involving coordination, problem-solving, follow-ups, and decision-making.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Call new customers after their orders are confirmed and establish a professional relationship.

2. Clearly communicate expected delivery timelines and ensure customers understand the delivery process. 3. Evaluate available delivery partners and select the most appropriate partner for each shipment.

4. Generate shipping labels and share them with the dispatch team. 5. Track shipments to ensure timely pickup. 6. Monitor shipment movement between cities and identify delays or irregularities.

7. Coordinate with delivery partners to resolve operational issues. 8. Coordinate with customers whenever delivery-related intervention is required. 9.

Follow up on unattempted, delayed, lost, or otherwise problematic shipments. 10. Maintain an accurate dashboard of all assigned AWBs and their current status.

Working Hours: 1. This is a strictly part-time internship requiring 2 hours per day. 2. The internship is designed specifically for college students. Role Note: This is not a sales, telecalling, or call-center position.

While customer calls are part of the workflow, the primary focus is logistics coordination, shipment tracking, operational problem-solving, and decision-making.
