Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments 2. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update databases using MS Excel 3.

Assist in following up with clients via phone calls and emails 4. Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns 5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals 6.

Develop a strong understanding of our services to effectively communicate with clients 7.
